Formation. Launching as a communication consultancy in 2004, GENEVE has since broadened our client base from Northern and Coastal Virginia to service clients coast to coast. GENEVE relocated to Texas in 2005, with Houston continuing to serve as our home hub. An initial focus on marketing communication continues as our foundation for a uniquely curated portfolio of client services honed to identify and extract growth potential in organizations.

Expertise. We specialize in diagnosing and addressing sabotaging behaviors that inhibit growth. We consider ourselves “doctors of organizations and the leaders who lead them.” Our expertise cultivates leadership capacity and creative potential in both individual and organizational teams alike.
